Puroden Shipping Information

At Puroden, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders. Our goal is to deliver your products quickly, safely, and reliably so you can start enjoying fresher air right away.


Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • An order is considered “dispatched” once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • During peak times or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier’s transit schedule. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Please note: During peak seasons, holidays, or international shipments, carriers may experience delays or customs holds outside of our control.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct and complete shipping details at checkout.

  • If you notice an error, email support@puroden.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that address changes or cancellations can be made, as your order may already be in processing.

  • If our system flags an address issue, we will email you for confirmation. If we do not hear back within 3 business days, we may cancel the order.


Delayed Delivery

While we work hard to ship your order quickly, delays can occur due to factors outside our control such as:

  • Courier delays

  • Severe weather or transportation disruptions

  • Customs or international clearance issues

  • Product availability or payment verification problems

We will always do our best to keep you updated and assist you if delays arise, but please note we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed to the courier, it is outside of Puroden’s direct control.

  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact both your courier and support@puroden.com so we can assist you.

  • Most couriers have a claims process for lost or stolen packages. We will also follow up with them on your behalf.

  • Please note that Puroden is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and these cases fall outside of our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement.
