Puroden Return & Refund Policy

At Puroden, we’re committed to helping you enjoy a fresher, cleaner home. We believe in the effectiveness of our products, which is why we recommend using them for at least 14 days before deciding on a return. If you’re still not satisfied after 14 days and within our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee, please contact us at support@puroden.com.


Cancellation Policy

Any order changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to make changes.

If canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.


60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We stand by the quality of Puroden products. To get the best results, we encourage you to use your purifier for at least 14 days. If you’re still unhappy, you can return your product anytime within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

Please note: shipping fees (if any) are not refundable.

To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@puroden.com or use the form on our Contact Us page. Please include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place your order so we can process your request quickly.


Damaged Items

We carefully package every order to prevent damage during shipping. We consider an item damaged if the product is defective or physically broken. Please note: cosmetic issues such as dented packaging do not count as product damage if the purifier itself works properly.

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email support@puroden.com with clear photos of the damage, and we’ll determine if you qualify for a free replacement.

We cannot refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your order promptly, but cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control, such as courier issues, customs, or other shipping disruptions.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been handed over to the courier. If you experience issues, please contact the courier directly.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you enter the wrong address and do not notify us within 24 hours, we cannot provide a resend or refund.
